We are excited to jump into our third week of school. This week we will begin to follow our regular schedule and focus on the expectations of Reader's Workshop, Writer's Workshop, and Math Workshop. We will continue to focus on building our class community as we learn ways to "fill a bucket" and say no to put downs. We are excited for the special events happening this week such as our field trip to the Safety Village and the Boosterthon Fun Run.

We had an excellent first week and are really enjoying getting to know all of our new friends! This week we will continue to get used to our schedule as we review rules and procedures for our class. As we begin our Reader's and Writer's Workshop we will focus on the theme of "You Can Count On Me." We will also continue to build our class community by focusing on being bucket fillers and saying no to put downs.
